Act Two

    The launcher is 5.5 inches off the ground.

    For the time, have students time it from launch to when it hits the ground.

Act Three

    I don't have a visual answer. But I recommend having students use the projectile motion model h(t)=-16t^2+v0t+h0 --> Students can determine the time it was in the air and substitute for initial height, time, and height at that time (ground level). Students must understand this is an estimate due to air resistance not being factored in.
